Villa Brasa is the new villa that Villas Vista Royal will be offering starting in June 2025. Due to the success of the existing villas, a 1,000-square-meter plot of land next to Villa Playa has been developed for a fourth villa, Villa Brasa. In terms of look and feel, this villa is similar to Villa Solo and Villa Playa. The difference is that Villa Brasa features a fourth bedroom and bathroom, making it suitable for up to 8 people. In addition, the living room, kitchen, and terrace are slightly larger, and the pool features an extra shallow water area measuring 2 x 4 meters, bringing the total dimensions of the pool to 10 x 4 meters.

At Villa Brasa, too, you’ll be greeted by a Caribbean atmosphere the moment you walk in. The design concept of blending the outdoor and indoor spaces ensures a truly tropical experience. The beautifully landscaped garden is nicely lit for long, balmy summer evenings.

The 4 bedrooms at Villa Brasa are equipped with air conditioning and each has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet. The beds are extra-large (210 x 180 cm) for a restful night's sleep.

The beautiful and famous Jan Thiel Beach is within walking distance of the villa where you will also find a supermarket. On this beach you can relax while enjoying a cold cocktail. In addition, you can dive, snorkel and in the evening you can enjoy the beautiful sunset.

The city center of Willemstad can be reached within a 15-minute drive and the famous Mambo Beach just 10 minutes away.
